The hotel is set in a stunning location just off a stream of different foods : cooked breakfast, the river and the Meadows.
As we remember, there was no parking lot.

Excellent base for travelling to Sudbury and exploring local places. Nicely decorated units in front of the large window and excellent staff. Stunning and wonderful location for visiting pubs and restaurants. Brilliant and excellent meals. Lovely experience there.

Amazing location, excellent staff, lovely views across lake and fields. An electric kettle, central heating and television available in the double room. Huge private bathroom. Location not far from bus station, nice pubs & restaurants, and fields of cows. Also, in the conservatory with the wonderful view. What a very lovely stay, nothing too much trouble...

The rooms are tidy and also incredibly comfortable. The location is beautiful and perfect, it's really close to nice pubs & restaurants, a stream of different foods : cooked breakfast and a river with geese, ducks, cows and grassland.

The rooms of our place were tastefully decorated and excellent with balcony. The property's location was perfect, in the conservatory with the wonderful view.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and bus station. Enjoyed the lovely walks nearby. The room had everything I needed, including a hairdryer and even needles and threads. The shower was warm and there were also dressing gowns provided, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of cooked food, fresh fruit, and cheeses. I also appreciated having my own front door key.
Limited parking availability, but we were able to find a space eventually. Some restaurants in the town were closed on the Monday evening we arrived, so we had limited options for dinner.

It was nice base for a couple of nights. The personnel was amicable and incredibly kind, and the host too. We booked deluxe queen room in front of the large window and enjoyed it.

The hotel was located right by restaurants, and a stream of different foods: cooked breakfast, fresh fruit and a variety of cheeses. The location was amazing and perfect, to fields of cows! Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Puressence. The restaurant had awesome food.
